1) Stay away from heat. Let your hair air dry and avoid heated styling tools.
2) Use oils as a hair mask. Leave the oil on for an hour or so then wash it out with shampoo. (coconut      oil, olive oil, castor oil, etc.)
3) Sleep with your hair braided to avoid hair being tangled when you sleep. This can help reduce hair      fall out as you twist and turn in your sleep.
4) Deep condition your hair atleast once a week to give hair moisture.
5) Avoid using too many hair styling products because it can harm your hair and cause breakage, split      ends, dandruff, etc.
6) Make sure to use a shampoo that is suited for your hair.  This can be determine through trial and         error on which shampoo works well with your hair or your can find out you hair type and buy             products for that hair type (curly, color, damaged, dandruff, etc.)  I like using ogx shampoo and           there is so many differents kinds for different types hair treatment.

How I got rid of my acne

My Daily Skincare Routine for Acne Skin

In the mornings I would normally wash my face with just water or with a light cleanser if I have some acne treatments (tea tree oil or drying lotion) on my face from the night before.  In the evenings I would wash my face with the Freeman cleanser.  This is a multi-product it serves as a cleanser, scrub, mask, and toner.  I use it daily as an everyday cleanser and it doesn't irritate or dry out my skin.  Once a week I would use it as a mask I would leave it on for about 3-5 minutes then wash it off.  About once or twice a week I would use the Freeman peel off mask to give my skin a fresh start.  I use witch hazel as a toner after cleansing.  You can skip this step if you want because technically the cleanser would cover the toner job.  Next, I would put on any acne treatment as needed.  I used to put on tea tree oil with a q-tip directly on my acne but some people dilute this oil with water because it is strong. I don't really use tea tree oil anymore since I ran out but I still mentioned it because it was in my skincare regime for a while. I would usually use the Mario Badescu drying lotion on whiteheads and leave it overnight.  The next day my pimple would either be gone or flattened.  I normally moisturize my face with the St. Ives collagen moisturizer it does the job and it comes in a huge tub.  This is my daily skincare routine and these products had work wonders on my skin with continuous use.  Everyone has different skin type and it may not work for you, this is MY routine and what had work for me.  I cleared up most of my acne and I'm now focusing on getting rid some of the acne scars from acne that didn't heal properly. Organix biotin and collagen shampoo and coniditioner review

I have heard a lot of people raving about this brand, how it's so good and does the job. I purchased it recently and it's amazing. I noticed my hair looks a lot healthier, longer, and thicker. The smell of the product smells really good too, it has a sweet scent and kind of smells like cotton. If you're looking for a new shampoo or conditioner give this brand a try.

How to grow and thicken your eyelash and eyebrows with vaseline

I use to research a lot of methods and ways to grow my eyelashes since my lashes has been falling off lately due to curling my lashes with an eyelash curler. I try switching eyelash curler and the same thing is still occurring. I found out after a lot of research that Vaseline would make your lashes grow longer and thicken it and this works as well for eyebrows. I've been doing this for a week and I can already see results. I use this Vaseline on my eyebrows too and I can definitely see my eyebrows getting thicker and darker.

My Vaseline for eyebrows and eyelash recipe:
-Vaseline
-vitamin e oil or vitamin e softgel

I put the Vaseline in a small container and then I poke a hole in the vitamin e softgel and put the liquid in the container. You can just use vitamin e oil if you want. After adding the vitamin e in, I heat the container up with a candle warmer and stir the product and then I leave the product to cool off in the fridge for about 15 minutes. The product is now ready to use. You can use a cotton swab to apply it on your eyebrow and eyelash or you can use your fingers. Hope you see results soon!
